Sidmouth Town have retained the Morrison Bell Trophy after beating Beer Albion FC on penalties, despite an early red card.
The game took place at Washbrook Meadows in Ottery St Mary on Tuesday, May 28.
Nathan Cooper opened the scoring with a powerful header from a wicked Liam Carey corner in the 23rd minute.
But Sidmouth were reduced to 10 men in the 35th minute, when Cooper was sent off for foul and abusive language.
After his dismissal, the match seemed to be slipping into Beer's hands.
In the 72nd minute, they fired back with an equaliser as the ball deflected off a Sidmouth defender and found its way into the net.
Neither side was able to break the deadlock after nine minutes of extra time, so the match headed to penalties.
Sidmouth emerged victorious, winning 4-3 in what was a tense shootout.
Jack Hatswell, Sam Hatswell, Tiernan West and Luka Nickles scored from the spot, while Carey and Scott Hughes were unable to convert.
After the win, a club spokesperson said: "Last night's win topped off a great season of up and downs for our first team! A massive thank you to our sponsors and supporters who supported them all the way."
Beer will move on to their third final of the season at Devon County FA headquarters on Saturday, where they meet Park United in the Devon Premier Cup.
