Saturday saw the annual running of the John Griffiths Trophy.
It is a competition in honour of the late chairman, club captain and all round excellent club man at Sidmouth Golf Club.
Teams of three, playing two to count, braved the inclement weather to post some good scores.
First place went to Marc Jenkins, Nick Gingell and John Dunn on countback from Valdis Baranovs, Pete Basnett and Arron Taylor, both having scored a 10 under par 56.
Third went to Steve Harper-Smith, Ian Jones and Jon Evans on 57.
The previous day, in the Sidmouth Jewellers sponsored Friday Stableford, Bunny Fitzpatrick prevailed with a par 36 from James Winchester 35 and Martyn Cross 33.
The Upper Crust Monday Stableford was a bit damp underfoot, but the rain mainly kept away.
Division 1 winners who were in the last groups out were returning Mike Knight on 39, Simon Knowles 37 and Valdis Baranovs 33.
Division 2 had Evie Willmington, with an excellent 42 in first place from Sandy Simpson 36 and the ageless Paul Murphy on 35.
