A County prize competition was played by the ladies at Sidmouth Golf Club in dry conditions, with Lynette Lloyd coming in first place with 35 points, writes Vanessa Ireson.
Mo Borer was second with 34 and also managed a '2' on the 11th hole and Mo Kendall had a very respectable 33 points in third place.
The ladies then moved on to a fun Greensomes - the weather was not quite so kind with a rather damp low cloud for the later players in the field. However, the scores were very good with Sheila Faulkner and Susan Hackett winning with a great 40 points!
Liz Chance and Sheila Tallon were in second place, narrowly beating Geri Whitrow and Mo Borer on countback, with another good score of 38.
All the scores were in the '30s', so well done to everyone in the winter conditions.
