The tour, which began at the Belmont Hotel with a presentation by Sidmouth in Bloom chair Lynette Talbot, showcased the efforts of groups including the Brend group gardeners around Belmont gardens.
They were accompanied by volunteers Sue Goode, Hilary Nelson and Ian Barlow.
The day included visits to several 'In Your Neighbourhood' efforts, with a buffet lunch at Byes Reach, to meet and talk more informally to volunteers.
Lynette Talbot expressed her gratitude, saying: "Thank you to my great team of Sidplanters and to all those involved volunteering in the town and those who provided support."
