The Richmond Hotel at Elysian Fields in Sidmouth is holding a public consultation to inform the public on the re-development plans at the hotel.
The public meeting takes place on Saturday November 30 at 11am at Richmond Hall to update members of the public on the recent planning application submitted at the hotel, which will be discussed at the next East Devon District Council planning committee meeting on December 7.
Melanye Luscombe, from the Richmond said: "Due to the fact we still have no heating or toilets that are usable at the hotel, we tried to find another venue, but if we have similar attendance that at the last meeting, there will be not enough space to accommodate everyone anywhere else, therefore we ask attendees to dress warmly and come and join us at the Richmond Hall."

The meeting will update residents on the planning application, and plans to open up the swimming pool to residents as soon as possible.
Melanye added: "We would like to thank you all for the amazing support we have received.
"With a special venue like this it takes a community to champion, support and protect it so that everyone has a chance to enjoy it while contributing to its sustainable future. With your help, perhaps support from the council will decide to support it to as well."
