Vision Group for Sidmouth's chair, Ian Gregory is stepping down.

Announcing the news on their mail bulletin, they say 'Firstly, the news from the VGS is that we must bid farewell to our chair Ian Gregory.'

After two years in the role, Ian has been increasingly taken up by his other work at the Toy Museum and the Chamber, and so will not be standing for re-election at the forthcoming AGM.

As Ian says, “It has been a privilege to chair the VGS and I particularly enjoyed the awards presentation and hustings events.  Thank you for giving me the opportunity to undertake the role.”

The VGS AGM will be held at the Leigh Browne Room of the Dissenter's (opposite the hospital) at 7pm on Wednesday 20th November.

The meeting is free and open to all members. If you would like to stand for election as an officer, please get in touch with the secretary at sec@visionforsidmouth.org

There will be plenty to fill the 90 minutes, from officers' and project leaders' reports, through to discussion on any of the issues below.
