New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to East Devon’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
Tide Cafe (GFU), at 1 The Burrow, Seaton, received a two-out-of-five rating after being assessed on September 24.
And Osborne's Bean & Cork, at Osbornes Coffee And Wine Bar, Welwyn House, Fore Street, Beer was given a score of one on September 24.
The Community Waffle House CIC, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Trinity House, Trinity Square, Axminster was given the five star score after assessment on September 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
Aby's, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Channel View Cafe, Esplanade, Exmouth was given the three-star score after assessment on September 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
St Johns International School, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at St Johns School, Broadway, Sidmouth was given a four-star score after assessment on September 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of East Devon's 306 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 232 (76%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
