A therapy llama has won an award for his work.
Harry the llama has been announced as the winner of the animal category of the BBC Radio Devon Make a Difference Awards.
The 13-year-old llama had a rough start in life before being rescued by Maggie Jee, founder of Peak Hill Llamas and Llamas4Good CIC, based in Sidford.
Maggie said: "We are so proud of Harry.
"Despite his bad start in life, he has blossomed into the most wonderful therapy llama, having learnt not just to trust humans but to actually enjoy helping them.
"He makes a difference to so many people's lives, bringing joy and laughter to everyone he meets.
"He is so intuitive and knows exactly what he needs to do to help people – he'll even go right to the bedside of anyone who is bedridden so they can benefit from stroking his soft fleece."
