More than 10 fire crews from all around Devon, have tackled a large fire at a recycling centre in Woodbury.
The fire started at around 1.30am on Tuesday (September 24), at a recycling plant at Woodbury, Greendale Business Park.
Fire control received a couple of calls to a fire at a recycling centre within Greendale Business Park, Exeter.
The fire was within a building containing 12 tonnes of mixed non-hazardous waste and 12 tonnes of cardboard, owned by SUEZ, an Exeter based recycling service.
The fire service urged residents and businesses nearby to 'keep windows closed.

A total of 10 engines from Torquay, Bovey Tracey, Danes Castle, Crediton, Cullompton, Honiton, Sidmouth, Middlemoor, Clyst St George and Bridgwater helped tackle the fire at the SUEZ recycling centre at Greendale Business Park.
