Seafield Road in Sidmouth is set to close for a month for drainage maintenance.
The closure, announced by Devon County Council, will begin on October 1 and could last up to 18 months, though it is expected to finish by October 31
The closure will affect all vehicles, with drivers being directed via Cotmaton Road and Station Road.
This was revealed in a notice on the Public Notice Portal on September 13.
The work is necessary for the installation of gullies and general drainage system maintenance.
