Connie said: “I wanted to create a space where people could not only enjoy high-quality food but also feel immersed in beauty, comfort and creativity. This shop represents my journey, my passion for food, and the love I have for this town."
The patisserie will offer a selection of freshly baked pastries, cakes, and Devonshire cream teas, as well as light lunches. Connie added: "Whether it's a mid-morning croissant, a delicious lunch, or an afternoon treat, every item is crafted with the finest ingredients and a lot of love.
