Planning permission is being sought to demolish a house on Muttersmoor, and redesign it into a new home.
Document 24/0929/FUL seeks permission to demolish of existing dwelling and built a new detached dwelling with a detached garage.
Applicant Dr Joanna Kinder says he has lived in property since 2011 and now wants to 'develop the site to provide a long-term family home to serve several generation.' The existing site features a detached single-family dwelling constructed in 1930. And the document says the property's appearance is typical of its time of construction, featuring pitched roofs set over rectangular plan forms.
Mr Kinder said: "I want to deliver a dwelling of high architectural merit and positively contribute to the surrounding area. Achieve excellent environmental credentials via building fabric and renewable technology and provide a spatial arrangement that meets short and long-term accommodation requirements."
