On Monday (June 3), officers from the Rural East Devon Neighbourhood Team executed a warrant in Sidmouth under the Misuse of Drugs Act.

Police entered the property and found a quantity of suspected Class A drugs and money, which was seized from the property.

A spokesman for Devon and Cornwall Police Rural East Devon Police said: "A male was arrested on suspicion of Possession with Intent to Supply Class A Drugs and Money Laundering, he has since been released under investigation.

"We are committed to taking firm and robust action on drugs to keep our communities safe."
