Astrologer Janis Huntley will be giving an 'Introduction to Astrology' talk on Friday 21st June at 7.30pm at Sidmouth Conservative Club.

Janis has studied astrology for many years, and is the author of books including The Elements of Astrology and The Complete Illustrated Guide to Astrology. During the talk Janis will demonstrate how astrological birth charts are drawn up and interpreted, and take questions from the audience.

Janis says, "The Summer Solstice on June 21st heralds a new era of planetary movement, coinciding with a major alignment of the four outer planets, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto due to take place in 2025. In my talk I'll explain why there is more to astrology than just Sun signs and will show how we can use astrology in our daily lives to help us adapt to a changing future.”

The session will last for 2 hours with a break for refreshments.

The event is open to all, and membership of the Conservative Club is not required. The fee for the talk is £5, and parking is £2.
