A Sidmouth man who was caught drug-driving has been disqualified for 12 months and fined £120.
Christopher Hoyle, aged 36, of 27 South Lawn, Sidford, was arrested in Exmouth on August 29 last year, and was found to have benzoylecgonine in his blood.
He was also in possession of cannabis.
Hoyle pleaded guilty to both offences at Exeter Law Courts on May 13, and his plea was taken into account when he was sentenced.
