Three West Hill Primary School pupils ran the equivalent of a marathon between them to raise money for the Devon Wildlife Trust.
Nell, Freddie and Gabriel, who are all in Year 5, ran a total of 468 laps of their school playground over a two-month period, to clock up 26 miles and 385 yards between them.
To achieve this they came into school early three times a week and ran a mile or more before starting their learning.
The trio completed their last mile on April 26, and have currently raised more than £1,000 for the Devon Wildlife Trust. A representative from the charity is due to visit the school and present them with certificates next week.
Justin Martin, a teacher at the school, described the trio as 'amazing'. He said: "A brilliant achievement for three incredible fundraisers."
