A refurbished thatched cottage in Sidmouth is heading to auction with a freehold guide price of £225,000.
The Stables in Sid Road, has two bedrooms and has 'exposed timber beams', a 'vaulted ceiling' and 'bespoke oak staircase'. It will be auctioned off on May 1.
Bidding for the current auction, the third of the year, goes live on Monday April 29 and ends on Wednesday May 1.
