Flood alerts have been issued for several parts of East Devon following heavy rain last night (Tuesday) and continuing wet weather today.
The alerts are in place for low-lying land and roads close to rivers in the Lympstone, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Honiton, Ottery St Mary and Sidmouth areas.
A Met office yellow warning of heavy rain is in place for the whole of the South-West until noon today (Wednesday, February 21).
The Environment Agency will continue to monitor river levels but said flooding of properties is not expected.
