Officers from The Rural East Devon Neighbourhood Team executed a warrant in Sidmouth on Monday, January 29 and found a significant amount of drugs.
After a search of the house, Class A drugs were located inside the property, and a person was arrested on suspicion of being concerned about the supply of Class A drugs.
A spokesman from Devon and Cornwall Police's Rural East Devon Police said: "We are committed to taking firm and robust action on drugs to keep our communities safe.
