7) is Highlands, Clay Lane, Exmouth, which sold for £2,150,000.
8) Is in Lyme Regis, Heatherlands, Woodhouse Lane, Lyme Regis, which sold for £2,018,765.
9) South Cross House, Axminster, which sold freehold for £1,900,000.
10) The cheapest on this list, but still comes in at well over £1 million, is Bettys Ground, Axminster, which sold for £1,800,000.
