Sidmouth Parish Church is seeking community feedback on its role in the local area.
The church's 'Health Check' survey will evaluate the areas where the church effectively supports the community, and where improvements could be made.
Vicar Matt Selman appealed to Sidmouth Herald readers, saying: "As a local church here in the centre of Sidmouth, we are keen to learn how we are viewed by our local community."
He encouraged locals to take five minutes to complete the online survey, even if they weren’t church-goers.
The survey’s results, open until December 3, will help shape the church's future planning and community engagement.
