The owners of Graze and Olive have decided to close the bar and restaurant.
The building is currently up for sale for the leasehold price of £29,000. It recently went under refurbishment to the value of £50,000. The restaurant has a reception lobby, dining/bar area, with 36 seats and eight bar seats with a bar servery, kitchen/prep area, and storeroom.
The estate agents say that gross sales are forecast at £160,000. It holds a live music license and an alcohol license until 11pm.
In a post on Facebook, the owner said: "For those of you who don’t know already, I have decided to sell Graze & Olive. The bar life has been a dream that in reality isn’t easily achievable as a mum, wife and someone who loves her sleep.
"The sale price is simply to cover the investment that went into making it in the stunning venue it is. If you, or anyone you know could possibly be interested in taking over my beautiful bar, please contact EMF directly.
"We will be carrying on as normal and getting a load of live music on between now and Christmas so please still keep us company every weekend. Lots of love."
