Money raised from the event will be donated to Cardiac Risk in the Young.
The annual Four Trigs challenge takes this Sunday, February 5.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) in memory of Jonathan Hayman, from a heart attack at the age of 27 in 2013.
The money raised will help CRY to offer a local health screening later this year.
Jonathan’s parents, Marion and Robert took over organising the 28k race from Nick Keast last year. Nick set up the Four Trigs 15 years ago.
The course will visit the Trig points at Weston Cliff, Buckton Hill, Beacon Hill and High Peak.
The event is sponsored by Hayman’s Butchers and starts at 9.30am at the Port Royal Club. Refreshments will be available.
