ADAMS Sheila Mary formerly of Peakside, Sidmouth. Passed away peacefully, aged 87, in Ilfracombe at her nursing home on 20th December 2023. Sheila taught for many years at the local All Saints Infant School, rising to become the head teacher before retiring in 1996. She was an enthusiastic supporter and participant in many aspects of Sidmouth life, including the tennis and croquet clubs. Committal at the Exeter & Devon Crematorium at noon on Friday 2nd February followed by Memorial Service at Sidmouth Methodist Church at 1:30pm. Family flowers only, donations to the Sidmouth Independent Lifeboat may be sent via Potburys Funeral Service, 111 High Street, Sidmouth, EX10 8LB or online at www.potburys-funerals.co.uk
