SMITH Jill (née Waycott) Died on 11th November 2023. Formerly of Meadway, Balfour Mews and Powys. Former East Devon District Councillor and Volunteer at Sidmouth Voluntary Services and the Mustard Seed. Widow of Brigadier Birdie Smith, former Chairman of Sidmouth Town Council; much loved Mother of Joanna and Beverly; Grandmother of Susannah, Jack, Alexander and Imogen; Great grandmother of Jacob. Service of Thanksgiving at All Saints, Sidmouth, 27th January 2024 at 2:30 pm: text attendance to 07445 696792. No flowers; no mourning attire; donations to Combat Stress.
