GOVIER David Norman Born 28th January 1942 Passed away peacefully at home on 8th December 2023, the date of his late wife Jane Elizabeth Govier's birthday. Much loved Father of William, Francesca, and Hannah, also a treasured Grandfather, Brother, and Uncle. A service will be held in Sidmouth Parish Church on 11th January 2024 at 1pm for all his family and friends.
