ROWLINSON Sheila Joyce Died at home on 19th May 2023 aged 71 years. Beloved wife of Dougie, mother to David and Andrew and grandmother of six children, she will be sadly missed by all who knew her as a gentle and loving soul. She is in glory now with her Saviour. A service to celebrate her life will be held at midday on Monday 19th June at All Saints' Church, Sidmouth, followed by refreshments in the church hall.
