LARTER John Ronald Aged 76 years. Passed away peacefully at home on Friday 30th December 2022 after a short illness faced with fortitude and stoic humility. John was predeceased by his dearly loved wife, Gwen. His sons Gareth and Matthew, and grandsons Kai and Yoah will miss his sage council, his encyclopaedic knowledge and his sharp humour, and already feel deeply the void his passing has left in their lives. He will also be sorely missed by his wider family, by the many friends he made in Sidmouth and by past and present colleagues both here and overseas. A requiem mass will be held on Friday 27th January at the Church of the Most Precious Blood at 10.00 am followed by a private burial. Family flowers only please.
