RANGER VALERIE ELIZABETH It is with great sadness that the family of Valerie Elizabeth Ranger announce her passing after fighting a long term illness, on the 2nd of August 2022, age 63. Valerie passed away peacefully at her home in Harpford and will be lovingly remembered, always, by her two sons, Richard & Christopher. Valerie moved to Devon in her thirties and was a Teacher at Exeter College for a majority of her career. In more recent years, was known by friends, family and peers as Councillor Ranger with East Devon District Council. Valerie’s funeral service will be privately held in late August. A Memorial / Celebration of Valerie’s Life will be held at The Pavilion on Newton Poppleford playing fields on the 17th of September, starting at 12.30pm. All are welcome to attend.
