PHILLIPS (Draughtsman) on 11th November 2009. Peacefully after a long illness at home in Newton Poppleford. Stephen James aged 63 Loved husband to Marie-France. Loving father to Damien and Maha, and Emeline, fond and loving grandfather to Rohan. Funeral service at the Exeter and Devon Crematorium on Friday 20th November in St Peters Chapel at 2.45 pm. Family flowers only please, but if desired donations may be made by a retiring collection in aid of Hospicare.
