RUSSELL - Joy(ce) Cecelia. Died peacefully in Sidmouth Hospital after a short illness on the 15th January and is now in heaven with Jesus. Loved and much missed by her children Faith and John and other family and friends. The interment will take place at Sidmouth Cemetery on 26th January at 10.00am followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Sidmouth at 11.00am. No flowers please, but any gifts to Kehilat HaCarmel (a Christian community and assembly in Israel) c/o Potburys Funeral Service.
