HIGGS Betty. Passed away peacefully in hospital on the 20th March 2010, aged 88 years. Widow of Reg. A much loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Funeral Service to be held at the Exeter Crematorium (St. Pauls Chapel) on Monday 29th March at 1.00 pm. Family Flowers only please but donations if desired for R.A.F.A. may be given at the Service or sent c/o E.A. Dodd & Son, Stamps Building, King Street, Honiton, Devon EX14 1AF
