FLAY. Cecil John. Died peacefully at Ottery Hospital on 13th March 2011. Funeral service to take place at Ottery St Mary Parish Church on Monday 21st March at 11.00am followed by interment in Ottery St Mary Cemetery. Family flowers only but donations in lieu by retiring collection or cheque made payable to Ottery St Mary League of Friends c/o Co-operative Funeralcare 119 Cowick Street, St Thomas, Exeter, EX4 1JD.
