SKINNER. On Easter Sunday, peacefully at home after many years of pain and failing health, Nora Eileen Skinner (Nee Chaffey) of Exeter. Cherished and devoted wife of the late John Skinner, wonderful and adored Mummy of Jane, Reunited with her treasure John in God’s safe keeping after fourteen years, Formerly on the teaching staff of St. Nicholas School Sidmouth, Vicarage Road site. A Service of Thanksgiving for Nora’s life will be held at Sidmouth Parish Church on Monday 9th May at 2pm. Family Cross only please. Any Donations in lieu of flowers are invited either for the Stroke Association or Sidmouth Parish Church c/o M. Sillifant & Sons, 19-20 Holloway Street, Exeter. EX2 4JD. “ God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble”.
