SMITH Jackie. Suddenly at home on the 19th July 2011, aged 50 years. A wonderful nurse of 30 years. Dearest wife of Simon, loving mum of Aaron and Stuart. She will be very sadly missed by all her family, friends and colleagues. Funeral service in the East Devon Crematorium near Whimple on Friday 5th August at 4pm. Family flowers only, but donations if desired to Epilepsy Society C/o F J Luxton & Son, Funeral Directors, Ottery St Mary. EX11 1BE
