MCCRINDELL. Ronald George passed away peacefully on the 1st August in Sidmouth hospital aged 91. Loving father of Andrew, Flora and Alex and grandfather of Amber and Hamish. He was a well known character in London and Sidmouth, with connections in Sidmouth since the early 1950s. He was a renowned collector of tin plate toys and his many achievements include writing a book on toys and making a film for the BBC which was shown in 1972. Funeral service on Thursday 11th August in St Peters Chapel, Exeter Crematorium at 1.15pm.
