SYMON Kathleen (formally Thorne) passed away peacefully at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital on 3rd April 2013 aged 97 years. Much loved mum of Anthony Tony and Gordon mother in law of Carole and Margaret. Dearly loved gran of Nicola, Rachael, Sadie, Jonathan and Michael and all the great grandchildren. Funeral Service at East Devon Crematorium on Tuesday 16th April at 10.45am. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Sidmouth Hospiscare c/o Potburys Funeral Service.
