PALMER Elsie May passed away peacefully at Fourways Residential Home on Friday 21st June 2013. Beloved mum, granny and great granny. Funeral Service at East Devon Crematorium on Tuesday 2nd July 2013 at 3.15pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired for St. Giles Church, Sidbury or Sidmouth Hospiscare c/o Potburys Funeral Service.Your tribute has been received.
