HAWKINS Pat. Peacefully on the 4th February 2014, aged 86 years, of Ottery St Mary. Beloved wife of the late Ken, loving mother of Bill and Jan, Bob and Debbie, grandmother and great grandmother. Funeral service in the Ottery St Mary Parish Church on Friday 14th February at 12 Noon, followed by private cremation. Family flowers only, but donations if desired to Vision OM or The Salvation Army C/o F J Luxton & Son, Funeral Directors, Ottery St Mary. EX11 1BE
