HOOPER Joan Emily (Pat). Passed away peacefully at Lincombe Manor Care Home in Torquay on Wednesday 4th February 2015 aged 92 years. Formerly of Sidmouth. A much loved mother to Daphne, Chris and Michael, cherished grandmother and great grandmother. The funeral service will take place at St Pauls Chapel, Exeter Crematorium on Monday 16th February at 11.15am. Family flowers only by request, donations if desired for Dementia UK by retiring collection or may be sent to KJ Lack Family Funeral Service, 153 St Marychurch Road, Plainmoor, Torquay.
