HEPPELL SAB "Bill" CBE and Winifred Margaret. Passed away on Wednesday May 13th 2015, aged 95 years, followed by his beloved wife, Winifred Margaret Heppell on Sunday May 17th, aged 93 years. Formerly of Newton Poppleford. Dearly loved parents of David, Lynn and Ann. Much loved grandparents and great grandparents. Funeral service will be held on Friday May 29th 2015 at the Exeter & Devon Crematorium, at 1.00pm in St Pauls Chapel.
