PHILLIPS. On 26th July 2015 after an illness. William (Bill) Samuel aged 85, beloved husband to Hilda and loved father of Alan. Fond and loving grandfather to Shaun, Jessica and Kieran. Grandad to Charlotte. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service was held at the East Decon Crematorium, Whimple, last Friday 7th August at 11.30 am. Donations if desired for Sidmouth Hospiscare may be forwarded to Woodleys Funeral Directors, Exeter Road, Newton Poppleford, Devon. EX10 0BJ.
