RIGG Jeffrey. On 2nd October peacefully at Exeter Hospice. Jeffrey, beloved Dad of Kevin and Celia, Grandad to Anna and Ben. Funeral service at St Peter’s Church Sidford on Friday 16th October at 12 noon.
