LAZENBY DAVID Peacefully and surrounded by his family at the R D & E Hospital, Wonford on the 4th December 2015 aged 75 years. Dearly loved husband of Pam, loving dad, also much loved grampa and uncle. Funeral service in The United Reformed Church, Ottery St Mary on Wednesday 16th December at 12 Noon to be followed by private interment. Family flowers only, but donations if desired to F.O.R.C.E. by retiring collection at the service or c/o F J Luxton & Son, Funeral Directors, Ottery St Mary. EX11 1BE
