CLARE Norman Richard. Sadly passed away 16th February 2016 in The Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital Norman aged 91 years. The funeral took place on Thursday 31st March at Sidbury Cemetery. It was Norman’s wish for this to be private service. You are now welcome to visit his grave and pay your respects.
