CALLAWAY VICTOR CHARLES ‘Vic the Handyman’ passed away suddenly at home on 10th December aged 60 years. A celebration of his life will be held at East Devon Crematorium, Whimple on 28th December at 3.15pm. Everyone welcome. No black please.
