CHAMBERS DANIEL. Tragically on the 13th December 2017, aged 15 years of Tipton St John. Loving son of Jonathan and Mary, brother of Melissa. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends. Private funeral service, but a celebration of Daniel’s life will be held at a later date.
