RICHARDS JOYCE WINIFRED. Passed away at Pinewood Care Home on 16th August 2018, aged 95 years. Beloved widow of the late Harry Richards. Much loved mother to Keith, Christopher and the late Philippa. Adored grandmother to Emma, Katie, Natasha and William and great grandmother. Private funeral service to take place at East Devon Crematorium. Family flowers only, but a donation, if desired, may be made direct to Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) or Budleigh Salterton & District Hospiscare.
