FRANKLAND JOHN passed away on Wednesday 7th November aged 83 years. Beloved husband to Patsey, loving father to Jill and Clare, grandad to Finlay, Daisy, Harry and Oscar. Will be greatly missed by all. Funeral service to be held at East Devon Crematorium, Whimple on Monday 26th November at 2.30pm.
