HOOK GRAHAME, suddenly in hospital on 5th May 2019, aged 86. Much loved partner of Louisa, father of Jacqueline, Neil and Duncan, father-in-law to Lesley, Grandad of Harriet and Megan and brother of Peter. Sadly missed by all his family. Funeral Service at Sidmouth Parish Church on Friday 24th May at 10.30am.
